The M.E Trust is the only UK charity offering holistic clinical services and whole person care for people with M.E/CFS, their families and carers.

Since benefiting from the tremendous care and support given to me through The ME Trust after a re-lapse in my CFS, I have made many challenging life changes. It is thanks to those who helped me that I felt understood for the first time. They gave me courage and confidence to see I could still ‘flourish‘. Part of that flourishing has been to begin painting again. So when I heard that The ME Trust was celebrating 10 years with a power of 10 challenge – the idea being to set yourself a challenge based around the number 10 and raise some funds for The ME Trust at the same time – I decided my challenge would be to paint 10 paintings, creating a series of artworks to express my gratitude.
